  • Do you make your own sauces?
    You bet! I've travelled throughout North American tasting and testing out the best sauces for all kinds of meat from all kinds of cuisines. I prepare and serve the tastiest ones that best match our menu.
  • Where are you from?
    Born and raised on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.
  • Where do you get your meat?
    We use all locally-sourced Canadian-raised meat that's never frozen. It's all Federally Inspected and top quality: we only serve AAA or better!
  • Do you cook your own meat?
    Yep! We use two awesome smokers to prepare our top quality meats in the hours before it's served to you. Want more info? Check out our About page to learn more.
